In today’s era, women empowerment is gained paramount significance for the development of country and society in every possible way. In India 50% of the population are women who would contribute tremendously to development and growth of the country, if they were given opportunities. Women empowerment does not mean to discriminate men and elevate women best it is equality. As women empowerment increases, gender discrimination decreases and if maintains gender equality.
