Though various kind of experiments and developments were happening even in early sixties and seventies, Augmented Reality (AR) got thrush in its development in the recent digital era. As per the dictionary of Cambridge, ‘Augmented’ means ‘to increase the size or value of something by adding something to it’. So in technology, augmented reality means the superimposed view of real scenes or environment with a computer-generated graphics such as 3D models, sceneries, text information etc.
The main aim of this book is to provide a forum open to experts, researchers, faculty and students from different disciplines to present problems in various fields like Medical, Education, Entertainment etc., to unleash the power of augmented reality technologies.
